Equipment list

special clothing

• top layer: wind and waterproof hard-shell jacket and pants
• middle layer: fleece jacket or softshell, softshell boots for mountaineering
• bottom layer: a set of thermal underwear (pants and a long sleeve t shirts)
• thick (warm) and medium thick shocks
• warm, waterproof gloves that allow you to work with equipment without taking them off
• spare pair of gloves
• a hat that can be worn under a climbing helmet
• lightweight down or similar synthetic jacket
• snow gaiters if boots do not have integrated snow protection

personal items

• 1L flask and/ or thermos
• Headlamp
• Personal mini first aid kit
• Sunglasses with UV protection factor 50
• Sun cream and lipstick with UV protection factor 50
• Insurance against accidents in the mountains

Climbing equipment

• Backpack volume 40-45l
• High altitude boots suitable for winter climbing with the ability to secure ice climbing crampons
• 1 rope 60m per team of two people
